Take your WebDAV folder with you!

Create your WebDAV folders for WebCT courses as usual (http://www.wcu.edu/it/edtech/handouts/webct/ManagingWebCTFileswithWebDAV.pdf).

Then drag the shortcut from your "Network Places" folder onto your jump drive. Presto ... you can take it with you!

Presumably, this would work with any removable media (zip drive, etc.), but I've only tested it with jump/flash drives.
